Rotterdam is the largest port in Europe; over 30,000 ocean-going vessels and 100,000 barges. The Port of Rotterdam Authority is responsible for the safe, efficient, clean and secure management of maritime traffic.
MEP in close collaboration with KPN supplied a complete marine telephone system with the option for expansion, including operator consoles at two Traffic Control Centres and the Harbour Coordination Centre.
